No, there are currently no apps for WikiAnswers on any platforms.
WikiAnswers is planning to make an iPhone (iPod Touch) app that will allow WikiAnswers to become mobile, as well as apps for many other phones. It is not known when just yet, but it will be out sometime soon.

The answer to these types of questions is usually historical and that is the case here as well. WikiAnswers (originally started as faqfarm) started with a an early version of code and as time went on the code was modified to support the many features that are unique to the Q&A domain and the site. The site is constantly being improved as so is the codebase to support the growth of WikiAnswers.
