I have to answer no, there are no prophets in Iran. Though there may be many religious leaders none can claim to be a prophet. I will say this though, if a religious leader is a righteous man he may at times receive revelation from God to help him in his calling. I again say " if a religious leader is a righteous man". If they teach to lead their followers away from the one and only true God then they will never, ever recieve revelation.
by definition if a prophet lie it is not prophet. so this is impossible. but there are many prophet claimed they are prophet but in fact they were lying. usually such people always exist. now tens of people are in prisons for this reason for example in Saudi Arabia and Iran.

Unfortunately there is part of the people in Iran and in Iraq who are Shiat not Sunni. Shiat are divided into many factions many of whom have left Islamic faith already because they harm the prophet, his wife and his companions with false accusations. They even changed the Athan "Prayer Call" phrases. These are not Muslims any more. Some other Shiats remain Muslims because they do not follows the above factions in their faith. They only pray for Allah and believe in his prophet similar to any other Muslim.

It depends entirely on what you say or advocate. Iran does not have any serious protection on free speech. Insults towards Islam or Prophet Mohammed, support of the State of Israel, advocating for permission or equality for homosexuals to live their lives in peace, making any political statements opposing the regime or its interests, and numerous other types of speech have been met with criminal penalties, interrogations, and torture.
