Unfortunately yes. As with any medication they can be minor to life threatening, but usually pretty minor. I would say if you are on a maintenence program your number 1 side effect is going to be constipation!! You will most likely become constipated so you should adjust your diet accordingly to keep those bowels a movin! The other side effects are pretty much the same as with any other opiate but the dangers of respitory depression is less likely with suboxone, although I have noticed that it will make me a bit nauseous sometimes. Have a good day!!

i've always found suboxone to increase the effects of uppers when taken together. it kind of depends whether or not the suboxones make you speed. it does for me, similar to the speed i got from opiates. so its like the opiate speed mixed with coke (i don't do coke really i prefer Adderall but uppers are all similiar). however, if opiates/ suboxone never make you speed, then it'd be kind of pointless to mix them.

Extreme sleepiness. I would be very, very careful mixing those two drugs: they're both downers, so taking too much of them together could put you into a coma, or even kill you.

Does coffee intensify suboxone?

I do not think so. I cannot see any reason why it would. I do not feel any effects off of Suboxone really. No "high" that is for sure. Best person to ask would be the doctor that prescribes you your Suboxone.

Chronic Suboxone users effects of alcohol?

If you are a chronic Suboxone user, there will be little to no side effects if you drink alcohol, except you might get sleepier than you normally would. After I quit heroin and started taking Suboxone, I became a raging alcoholic. I was drinking a liter of vodka a day, on top of my Suboxone. However, Suboxone is bad for your liver, and so is alcohol, so drinking while you're on Suboxone is very hard on your liver.

Can you work on suboxone tablets?

Yes you can. Suboxone is a very safe and stable drug, and does not make a person "high." Now if you are taking it out of the blue and have not been taking other opiates leading up to your use of suboxone then you should be very care when operating machinery and driving. Although it will not get you high it can make you a little dizzy when taken out of the blue, that is if you have been taking no drugs at all and then decide to take suboxone. But there are airline pilots who take suboxone, it is very safe. You can get high on suboxone. It is safe and stable for most people, but avoid over-working yourself. Suboxone can make you dizzy, and very tired, along with a list of other minor side effects, and a few major ones, but these side effects are very rare. Just don't over do it and see how much you can handle. Either way I'm improving this answer to the facts, it can get you high, both "out of the blue" and if you're taking it as prescribed, I.e. you've formed a physical addiction to an opiate. *A quick side note, don't take suboxone with any other prescription or non-prescription drugs, including alcohol, without talking to a qualified physician....the side effects can be lethal.

Can you use ecstasy while on suboxone?

This is not a safe combination. Ecstasy itself has the potential to cause serious side effects such as elevated heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature. It can also cause psychological effects such as hallucinations, feelings of panic, and depression. Combining it with other drugs only makes it more dangerous.
