Leisure World is the first theme park in Sri Lanka. It is located about 1,5 hours drive from Colombo in Kaluaggala.
There is an elephant sanctuary in Pinawhala. Not exactly a theme park but absolutely superb day out.
Also they have a turtle hatchery down the coast from Bentota which has been featured on David Attenborough a few times.
