Actually several, but most would come into play after the fact.
For instance, while in Basic training in 1982, a recruit in our unit attempted to commit suicide by hanging himself in a wall locker with a boot lace. He succeeded in a scar that circled his neck and a Court Marshall for "Failure to Repair" and "Dereliction of Duty" which he did not successfully defend himself. He was sentence to 180 days in the stockade, and Dishonorable Discharge plus fines and restitution (for his medical treatment).
The argument is often made that soldiers who do attempt to harm themselves can also be charged with Destruction of Government Property, but this would be a fraudulent charge; no one can be owned in the US. It would be a violation of the 13th Amendment, and the oath that all service members take upon entering service. That oath is:
I, (enlistee's name here), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
This is by Title 10, US Code; the original wording of 1789 was replaced by the Act of 5 May 1960, and with an amendment effective 5 October 1962.

If a soldier would throw himself on a (hand) grenade, then his body would absorb much of the blast. He will most likely be killed, but the grenade won't do much other damage.
