Most probably not, because Asthma is a form of allergy, not a disease. Hence, it does not have a causative organism against which we can get immunised by vaccination.

How do vaccines prevent the spread of some infections diseases?

Most vaccines give you a mild case of the disease they are attempting to prevent but in a 'dead' state that generally does not allow the illness to become serious. Your body is then able to produce an abundance of antibodies that will be able to fight off a 'live' version of the virus should you ever come into contact with one.

Are there any vaccines to cure Swine Flu?

No. There are vaccines for swine flu, but they do not cure it. They prevent it before you get sick from it because the vaccines will make you immune. Once you have it, there is no cure. There are medicines that can make you feel better and there are medicines that will make the symptoms less harsh and the duration shorter, but no cures yet. Get the vaccination if you have not yet when the next flu season is about to start in the fall (in the US).

Are there helpful bacteria in the H1N1 09 vaccine?

No, the vaccines are purified and treated to remove any such contaminants. Any bacteria mixed in with the virus and vaccine medium would not be helpful, the multi-use vials of vaccines contain preservatives to prevent bacterial growth. The H1N1/09 influenza is caused by a virus. Some particles of "dead" H1N1/09 virus (or in some types of the vaccines-weakened live virus), are the active ingredient in the vaccines that make our bodies become immune to that specific virus. Bacteria play no role in this process.
