Are there electricity producing shoes?

Yes and no. There is a design for shoes containing a small piezoelectric pad under the heel that generates a tiny pulse of current with every step. It's not very much power, not even enough to power a cell phone (it could handle a watch). However, I don't believe there are any mass produced models on the market anywhere.
