Honda invented the ATV in 1970 when they released the 3 wheel US90. But Suzuki introduced the first 4 wheeler ATV, the QuadRunner LT125 in 1982.

There is one on each rear axle and one on each front A-Arm. Also there is a hard to reach one behind the rear brake pedal. You may have to roll the ATV back and forth until you find it. I hope this helps.

Handlebar bearings may be too tight, steering arms may be bent or overtightened, malfunctioning steering dampner, oversized front tires.
Just to the right of the LH grip you have rotating choke lever. All the way up is no choke, Rotated all the way down is fully choked.
