Pastors are very different from priests, so is that what you meant? Pro: Pastors are a lot more contemporary than priests, so you can relate to them more. Cons: Pastors can go on and on about their own lives and not get to the point they try to share. Overall, it's personal preference.

Why are priests not allow marry?
In most Christian churches, clergy are allowed to marry.
