No. The only religion in the Vatican is (Roman) Catholic-Christianity. However, there are many people of different religions or none at all that visit the Vatican for history-learning purposes only and there may be (on occasion) a leader of a different religion might meet with the pope; though its quite rare as the current Pope only meets with Catholics and other Christians not part of the Catholic Church.
The Vatican has an official religion and that is Catholicism within Christianity. In a way (in some respect) the Vatican is the official "headquarters" of Catholicism and not any other religion.
No
There is only one religion practiced in Vatican City, home to the Pope, and that is Catholicism.
The Vatican houses the head of the Roman Catholic Church and all of his advisors so I would venture to say that it is a primarily Catholic community.
The state religion of Vatican City is Roman Catholicism, and it is governed by the Catholic Church, so you have to be Catholic to do most government and bureaucratic work. However, there are many other jobs in Vatican City which do not require applicants to be any particular religion. Also, anyone with a valid passport is allowed to visit, regardless of religion. There are no places of worship that aren't Catholic, but that's probably because there's no space for them.
Absolutely. Being the home of The Pope and the Vatican, you'd expect it. The major religions in Italy are Christianity (Catholicism), which over 80% of the population follow.
Vatican palace is in Vatican city, not the other way around. Vatican City is itself contained in Rome, Italy.
Michelangelo and a number of other artists and painters painted the Vatican.
Most sessions were held in the Vatican and at other locations in Rome and Italy.
Both the Colosseum and the Vatican are in Rome, just a short distance from each other.
The Vatican is an independent country and has the right to negotiate treaties and agreements with any other nation.
I assume by your statement, a Vatican is a permanent resident of Vatican City. The duties could be anything from that as the head of state (pope), other Vatican officials who are in charge of or work in other ecclesiastical offices of the Vatican, members of the Swiss Guard or Vatican Police, maintenance workers, custodians, food workers, museum curators and workers, and any number of other positions. Each one has its prescribed duties and it is impossible to list all the job descriptions here.
If you mean Taoism, then one of the other religions is Budhaism.
