Bean weevils comonly infest stored dried beans and peas in humid conditions. They aren't really a weevil, they are related to the seed beetle. They breed continuously and populations can become very high. If you find weevils in your dried foods, you should locate the source and dispose of all foods that have contracted them, or they will continue to populate.
