"Goldfish" colors range from white to yellow-orange to blue to black. White goldfish have no pigment cells.
They are called Goldfish because of their colour "yellow".
Orange, white and black are common too and mixtures.
Some of the 'Shubunkin' goldfish have purple colourations in their markings but I do not know of a pure purple goldfish. That of course does not mean there are none.
