They are not rare.
They're not silver, they're brass. The last silver dollars were made in 1935. In any case Sacajawea dollars are not rare at all, and any that you get in change or from a bank are only worth face value.
The first Sacagawea dollars were struck in 2000.
Sacagawea dollars are made of brass, not silver.
There were no Sacajawea gold dollars minted in 1990.
They are all extremely common. The mintages for all dates have been well into the high millions. If you go to any bank you should be able to get as many rolls of Sacajawea dollars as you want.
Sacagawea dollars are worth one dollar.
Four dollars plus what you would pay for the painting and case. They are not rare or particularly collectable, though they might make a nice gift.

All silver dollars (1794 to 1935) had various depictions of the American Eagle. Modern (non-silver) dollar coins have several different designs: Eisenhower, Anthony, and 2000-2008 Sacagawea dollars also have an eagle 2009 and later Sacagawea dollars will have various Native American designs. Presidential dollars have the Statue of Liberty.
