Sure. All of the bright colors are fantastic, and he should recognize a few of the characters if he loves the Disney movies. The sounds and songs will be fun as well, and the food (Mickey-shaped ice cream bars and the like) are cute. Also, there are some rides in the amusement parks and the water parks that you can go on with him that he'll get a kick out of. Of course, he won't remember the trip when he's older, but you'll get some great pictures.
