There is no evidence that shows that women with Asperger's Syndrome start menopause eariler or later than other women. This, however, has not been a highly researched area of Autism Science.

2nd Answer, this one from a perimenopausal woman with Asperger's syndrome:

There is not a connection between Asperger's syndrome and onset of menopause. However, women (and men!) with Asperger's often seem cranky and sensitive enough to be on menopause!

Well, since any woman who is menopausal now and is Aspie will have gone most if not all of her life without even having heard of Asperger's (which was only accepted by the psychiatric world in the 1990s, and then only in a way which really only described male Aspies) then every aspect of life will have been marked by the struggle for self-understanding in a baffling world. And the menopause is a shock for all women. Aspie women (like me) may not have had any children, and will find every resource geared towards "how you feel now the kids have grown up" which is in itself depressing. Many of us may have been unable to find partners, or may be asexuals. And we have trouble making and keeping friends. We are a lonely lot. So everything is going to be tougher for us really. That does not mean that being Aspie is in itself a problem. But what is problem is living in world ignorant of us. So, in brief: I don't know if this question can be answered until the women who are growing up, diagnosed as Aspies now and (I hope) feeling pride and hope despite all the weirdnesses of the NT worls - until these women are in their 50s.

No. AS is a high functioning autism that mainly effects the person with problems such as difficulty maintaining relationships, trouble in handling social situations, repeatitive behavior and obsessions/strong interest in certain things. AS does not effect the body physically though the white matter of the brain is said to be significantly different than that of a person without AS.

Yes. I have known several women with Aspergers. But it is less likely to be diagnosed in women. Some women with Aspegers have written about it.Rudy Simone wrote 'Aspergirls', andLiane HollidayWiley is the author 'Safety Skills for Asperger Women.' 'Aspergers and Girls' is another is an award-winning book. All these are available on Amazon.
