Yes.Wild mink do live in Wisconsin.In fact I have personly seen them.I do alot of fishing in the lower Wisconsin river public areas and see wild brown mink once in while during early morning and late evening.When swimming they are often mistaken for muskrats because you can't see the furry tail.
