Yes, they're good enough. They're perfect in this case. Make sure you have 40+ defense attack and strengh. Have full addy or rune w/ addy platebody or full rune w/ rune chainmail. Have cooked swordfish/lobsters/anchovie pizzas in your inventory. Don't use a scimmy, cuz Elvarg's scales have a resistance to slash attacks. Use a warhammer or battleaxe. Also, have your anti-dragon breath sheild.
