No. Sadly not all answers you find are right. The idea of an open wiki is to search for answers you feel are good and satisfy your question. With the questions open to everyone, you will find mis information and outright vandalism among the very good answers. When you get an answer you suspect is wrong, verify that answer with other source's or pose another question and when the auto direct comes up "is this your question?" use that option to see what others have said.
