Mythbusters regularly scheduled time slot is Wednesdays at 9 PM/ 8 Central. They also rerun at various times and have occasional Mythbusters marathons on both the Discovery channel and the Science channel. You'll just have to check your listings to find those. The link below has their current schedule. Note: The Science Channel has advertised reruns (as of 8/23/10), hosted by Kari Byron, every weekday afternoon at 4 PM, eastern time.
It was cancelled because there was enough episodes to last a long time in reruns. It's still seen in reruns on the Discovery Channel and in syndication.

No. None of her shows lasted anywhere near the 'longest running' status, however, I Love Lucy (1951-1957) does have the distinction of being the first show to be rerun & the longest running show in syndication [e.g. reruns].
