They have announced making episode 7, 8, and 9 as well as well as several spin off movies including a Boba Fett movie. They probably will make many more because an executive stated that after 2015 there will always be a Star Wars movie in production.

Disney bought the franchise (and pretty much LucasArts entire) during 2012 and has announced they'll be making at least one more episode (and possibly milking it for another six).

Will they be any good? Well, in the 1980s, the notion of a Star Wars movie not helmed by Lucas would have been laughed at; only Lucas could possibly bring us more Star Wars!

Then he brought us episodes 1-3. Jar Jar Binks. Midichlorians. The re-releases of the original trilogy with changes... and mainly not for the better. And in these, proved that he had essentially lost his mind somewhere between 1976 and 2000.

Enough people who loved A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi basically said "George Lucas, please quit crapping all over our childhood." It doesn't seem terribly likely that the Disney movies will be significantly worse, because whatever you may think of Disney as a corporation and as people, they have proven that they're willing to listen to what people want and provide more of it instead of shoving egregious change-for-the-sake-of-change down their throats.
