The actual price of the training courses would vary dramatically, based on the type of aircraft you are interested in learning to fly, and length of courses.
Pilot training is for you to spend your own airplane for the PPL and CPL courses for commercial aircraft.
Has your natural "doctor" received a degree in medicine or a postgraduate doctorate? If not, then no. The title Doctor is given to those who have completed sanctioned degree courses that are approved to award certain titles.
Look for the various providers of each of the courses and make an approach to discuss their availability
If you are wondering what the most popular command is that dogs are trained to do, then your answer would be, "sit". New puppy courses teach the "sit" command, and most owners require a dog to learn the command even if they did not get puppy training.
Age doesn't matter. You need knowledge of confirmation, dairy character, breed standards, disqualifing defects, etc. This comes from books, experience, and lots of questions. To be a judge in an ADGA sanctioned show you must have taken training courses.
You realize what that sounds like, right? And yes, aircraft pilots DO take crash courses! Professional aircraft pilots are sent to flight simulators where they have to work their way through one disaster after another--the kinds of things that you can't do in the airplane because the chances of getting killed are pretty good. The idea is, if they experience all these disasters in training they'll be able to survive if they happen in real life--and that works very well; since they started doing this the number of crashes is way down. There are short training sessions they attend on things like weather and new equipment that you'd call "crash courses" but no pilot would ever call them that because "crash" is not what they want to do.
