When you want to make changes to a document, you need to be able to keep those changes around. This is known as saving. When you save a document, it writes the contents of that document to the hard drive for use later on.
A placeholder is a category of data that can be inserted as a file name, page number, or current date. Placeholders are used as markers within a document or template to represent variable content that will be filled in later. They help automate the process of updating information and maintaining consistency within the document.
No not at all, just click on the disk icon in the tool bar and the old version will be replaced with the new. also any time you make changes and attempt to close the document you should get a prompt that asks if you want to save your changes. The only time you would want to rename the document is if you need to save both versions for later reference.
"scaeenshot" is not a document type. If you have mad a screenshot with the <Prt Scn> key on your keyboard, the image is in the computer's working memory and you can paste it into a document (word or other, or open an image manipulation program such as MSPaint and past it in there. You should save the document/image before editing in case you want to make other changes later.
An omitted scene is a part of a script or story that was originally included but later removed during editing or revisions. It is usually cut to streamline the plot, improve pacing, or for other creative reasons.
In most cases, "date modified" refers to the date a file's contents (the information in the file) were changed. For example, let's say you create a document on July 5, 2013, but later, you come back to it and revise it-- make changes to it in some way. The document will show that it was modified (changed) on that date. Also, sometimes, Adobe will provide an updated version of a document, and the "date modified" refers to when they made the changes in the update.
