No. Any commercial vehicle is prohibited north of mile marker 16. That includes rental vehicles - even if rented for private use - with the large billboard advertising (such as what U-Haul uses) or any logo depicting a company name (thus, Ryder and Penske are out, as well).
A bit ridiculous when you consider that a 45' long motor home can go down parkways and turnpikes in NJ and NY, but I don't make the rules.
Yes from the southern tip up to exit 105. No truck are allowed on the Garden State Parkway North of exit 105.
Yes - I did it last week in my pick-up!
Commercial trucks are not allowed to use the northern parts of the Parkway . All trucks must exit at exit 105, just past the Asbury Park Toll Plaza. From Tinton Falls to the southern end of the Parkway at Cape May, trucks are allowed, but must pay additional tolls.

Is there a height restriction on the garden state parkway
The Garden State Parkway is a restricted route from MM 18 in New Jersey to the New York state line, so no, a commercial vehicle is not permitted on it.
Yes for the entire length. There are spots where "Commercial Vehicles" over 7000 LBS are not allowed but Buses are
No. Commercial vans and trucks can run on thruways, not parkways. Parkways are resticted to cars only. There are low underpasses that vans and trucks will hit.
