BSA has no restrictions on women in scouting. However, a troop may bar women from camping if they choose to.

Women can be scout leaders so it is only natural that they would accompany the troop on camps. No leader, male or female, is permitted to share a tent with a scout and appropriate privacy should be ensured for all changing, bathing, swimming etc.
