But in many countries it's allowed for youngsters to drive 125ccm's, however it's not for sure that those are allowed on the motorway.
In Germany it's under demand of 80km/h restrictor that 16year youngsters may drive 125ccm's and i can't imagine such on the autobahn with its unlimited speed.

At 14 you can get a learner permit and you can ride a motorbike . A motorbike is 125 or less but it has to be tagged as a motorbike. I just went thou this with my grand son . He was stopped by the police and I told them the law and they had to check it them self's . So I know I'm right
