No. You can get banned for botting on WoW just for loading the game up with a bot running without even having the intention of using it.
A WoW bot account is a account you make to have a bot used on to level fast , Make quick gold or Fast level professions. Bot using violates the Terms of Use for WoW. I strongly suggest that you reread the Terms of Use.
