Yes and they are free.
Dogs are welcome, and there is even a special ticket available for them. The upper part of the field at Horsted Keynes is a good place for them to let off steam, and information about walks in the area is available from the Ticket Offices. The only restrictions are the buffet/restaurant building and Golden Arrow Pullman Dining Train, for obvious reasons. However picnic style tables are available just outside the buffet at Sheffield Park. Guide dogs are most welcome, and travel free.
Yes you could but it would depend on wether it would like the noise of the steam engine ;)

The following is from the Bluebell Railway website:

Remember that the U.K. requires that guide dogs be trained by programs that are recognized by the International Guide Dog Federation.
Yes of course! It might not like the noise of the steam engine though!
yes you can they just need to be on a short leash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most trains have a strict no pets policy in place. They may make an exception if the dog is a service dog.
Yes you can, and it's free.
Yes, that is not an issue.
A guide dog should be permitted but I would phone the Bluebell railway first.
no.
only dogs for the blind/disabled are allowed access
Pets are not allowed at the Chester Zoo, however guide and sensory dogs are allowed. The Chester Zoo has over 11,000 animals and 422 species.
On the official Knott's Berry Farm website they state that no dogs are allowed in the park. With the exception of service dogs.
The only dogs allowed on a plane are service dogs and dogs small enough to fit in an under seat container. Check with your airline for specifics. The breed of the animal is not relevant.
Only service animals such as seeing eye dogs are allowed. They must be identified with proper vests.
The American's with Disabilities Act does not apply to service dogs in training. Some states have laws which permit trainers to take service-dogs-in-training to the same places fully trained service dogs can go. However, most states require service-dogs-in-training to be accompanied by a trainer from a recognized program for training service dogs and that they carry credentials which they show on request.
some dogs are not well-behaved and try to eat food off the table of everyone surrounding them; and they might poop in the restaurants some people do have "good" dogs but the restaurant is not willing to take the risk of letting owners decide if there dogs are "good" or not
