Not unless a full history has been taken of you previously. The eye and fingerprint scans are done in order to compare them against a database of KNOWN individuals which are compared to yours. Simply doing random scans of people coming and going into the US without knowing any other identifying factors about them would be useless.
If you have had some previous contact with the government (e.g.: military service - government employment - criminal involvement - etc) where your prints and/or iris scan was done, then you ARE already in the database.
