Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 . . . your bmi is 21.5, girl! don't listen to what anybody says, do you think you're overweight? Many people come in very different sizes, structures, and shapes! if you feel fat, why not try eating healthily and excercising for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week : ) ^v^ . . . be happy with who you are!

You are ten years old please stop worrying about your weight. Play with your friends and just have fun. I'm 4'11 and i'm 28 years old. My best weight was around 105-112 because of my frame size. 100 lbs is thin for 4'11. Eat healthy. Have chicken, steak, turkey. Every now and again have some icecream. At ten years old your body is still growing. Restricting calories will actually intervere with your growth and your health is super important. Your gorgeous so please stop worrying!
no way! you are normal. your bmi is 22.26 and that is a healthy weight. plus your 10 you shouldnt be worrying about your weight. Im 5 feet and i weigh 160 pounds, i wish i could be your weight again. I was that much when i was 9 and i was 4'5. My bmi was 28.53 that is overweight. Now my bmi is 31.24 and im 13. Im in the obese 1 catagory... I dont worry about my weight as much. The only time i was at a normal weight was when i was 6. I was 4'0 and weighed 70 pounds. Then it only went up up up up up and up. The real worry is you BFP Body Fat Percentage.
