it's okay to lose like 2 lbs if it makes you feel better its a self esteem thing. but if you lose too much weight it can be dangerous I've done that before its not fun. you start to get depressed and no one wants to be around you then you don't eat. it's a cycle that may result to death. not that ive been close to death
