No WAY! Don't rule it out and definitely don't do anything you wouldn't do when you are pregnant right now. Saying that, it could be many things. Get into your doctor to make sure you don't have any other reasons for missing a period, they can also do blood tests to confirm pregnancy. Also, if you are anxious (in a bad way) about the possibility of pregnancy, the anxiety you are experiencing will cause you to have a late period.
