Your ISP (internet Service Provider) measures the bandwidth of it's clients. If a red flag comes up because a person is using too much bandwidth (signifying a high number of downloads) then there is a risk that you will be caught.
Deleting them is one option, but whatever program you use to download material should have an option to "stop sharing file". it's not so much you downloading, it's when you have alot of files that are still being shared that jacks up your bandwidth.
It is safe but some of the downloads have trojans so be careful. Also, this is illegal and you could be arrested for this.
If it is from places like Hulu or Netflix you're safe, but if you have to download it or it doesn't say "LEGAL", it's safe to assume it's illegal.

No. It is best not to because the computer stores much in caches. Unless the computer is running slow, do not delete. It's safer that way.
Most tax software downloads are very safe indeed. The only way that you would get a virus is if you downloaded something from a website where people disguise viruses as other programs. This may happen if you try to get software for free even though you are supposed to pay for it. Not only is this illegal, but you are putting your computer at risk. You should only use more legitimate sources.
Using ROMulation to download or distribute copyrighted ROMs is illegal, as it involves unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material. It is important to ensure that any downloads are legal and that you have the necessary rights to use them.
When booting up the computer push F8 or delete and the put it in safe mode, it should work then!! =) When booting up the computer push F8 or delete and the put it in safe mode, it should work then!! =)
No. There is no problem in deleting zip files. They are just left behind after file downloads. .zip files are compressed archives, containing 1 or more files. Deleting a .zip file will not harm your computer, as they are not system files. If you delete a .zip file, all you will lose is the files contained within. If you have already extracted the files, or if you no longer need them, they are perfectly safe to delete.
All of them! Who needs an operating system, right? Go ahead and delete every last file on your computer!
No it's not it causes viruses on your computer and you would have to download the songs off the same computer or else the songs delete.
No -------------------------- Depends on what you want to use it for. As far as I know, computer downloads are supposedly safe BUT DO NOT download songs to your phone from this site. They charge you!
