Yes, many women deal with that and everyones flow is different. Yes every woman goes through this we all hav different periods some heavy & with these lump's that are jsut clot's that dont do you any harm.

Yes, it is normal for you to see this in your menstrual flow. What you'reseeing is likely either blood mixing with cervical mucus or larger pieces of uterus lining, the latter is the main waste product of menstruation so totally normal to see.

Yes, what seems like lumps of jelly or dark clots of blood are actually bits of your womb lining, every month your womb lining will get thicker in preparation for fertilisation, when this doesn't happen the lining will then shed and come out in your period.
