Some are standard and some are metric. Lug nuts are standard and most others are metric.
You do not use a wrench, you use a socket. It is probably a 3/4 inch, but may not be. Get your sockets out and try them until you find the one that fits. The lug nuts are not metric they are SAE. All other bolts & nuts on the car are metric.

wrench for lug nuts on f250 is 7/8s of an inch there is a metric wrench that fits but i cant remember what size it is

The lug nuts for the 1996 Volvo 850 are 65.8 mm in length, and the hex size is 19 mm. The thread size is M12 x 1.75. Some brands of lug nuts for this car are McGard and Dorman.
lug nut size is 7/8 of an inch and i think 17mil is metric size
you will have to remove all the lug nuts. just like when you remove the tire!!
