High pressure situations are generally associated with fair, sunny weather. As high pressure is an area of sinking air, and air tends to dry out as it sinks, leaving sunny skies.
A low pressure area is when the air at sea level is cooler than the air higher up and usually contributes to clouds and precipitation. A high pressure area is the opposite and contributes to clearer skies and drier weather.

Clear Skies
Anticyclones are typically referred to as high pressure areas. They are normally centered over a large area often with dry weather and clear skies. More often than not you do hear about anticyclones, but they are referred to as areas of high pressure instead.

The eye of a hurricane is a relatively calm area at the center of a hurricane with no rain, and sometimes clear skies.

The eye of the cyclone is the calm weather found at the centre of the cyclone. It is the only part of the cyclone where clear skies are visible. The eye can range from 10km in diameter to 100km in diameter.
In a high pressure area, good warm weather will occur. In a low pressure area, colder rainy weather will occur.
A snowmobile is mechanical, so you can cover a larger area without getting tired. Furthermore, it is a lot easier to go uphill on a snowmobile than on skies. And have you tried bringing a large load from A to B on your skies? Skies are great for downhill and fun, but if there is a job to be done, the snowmobile is the obvious choice.
Normally, High Pressure doesn't allow clouds to form. That means it would bring sunny weather.
