Artificial Intelligence is certainly good to promote quality and productive work in a short span of time (again depends on the type of work). As long as it is used for valid & ethical purposes, it will stay good.

However, humankind has the million dollar question "what happens in the long run?"

Well, the answer is not a piece of cake.

You'll have to consider a lot of parameters to answer that question.

We have watched movies like Terminator where the machine or a robot is assigned to kill the mother of an unborn child, ensuring that child birth doesn't take place. It is showcased in the movie that the Artificial Intelligence system knows that the child that is going to be born out of that lady will destroy it. Imagine if the machine can think that far, what else it can predict & conquer.

We will have to wait for a few years & see what it is capable of.
