Well, Ask her again only this time tell her that It would be nice if she can give you a defenite answer and it would be a shame if she say no. If you put it like this it will work. I think is a sweet way to ask and to have a positive answer. By the way, girls like flowers especially roses. When you ask this time offer a rose while you ask. I hope this works !
