In fact, not eating makes your metabolism slow and that will make it harder to lose weight. So, start by eating 4-6 SMALL meals a day, plus healthy snacks (such as raw vegetables) if you need them. Stay away from refined processed carbohydrates (apart from the occasional treat). They are a major cause of weight gain. Start to do cardio exercise or a cardio sport. Stay away from junk foods. Don't stress yourself. Being too skinny can be so unattractive. So, do not lose too much weight.
