You just need to tell yourself that ghosts if they come to you they probably don't like like overweight people wearing sheets. They probably look like the actual person but very white. So maybe they would be quite friendly and they might not go around going woooooooooooo! So just tell yourself that if a person was friendly when they were living, they probably would be friendly when they're dead.
