You can go into your settings on your phone to see if your data is turned on. If so and it is not working, you will need to take it to a T-Mobile store.

It is a very nice phone. If you have internet then i would suggest you get the G1. but if you want a memoir than if you wanted to save some money then the behold is the same exact phone besides the 8mp camera. Also the new Mytouch from T-mobile is a very nice phone if you have Internet.
