Hey! The recommended age to start dieting is 13 yrs old and up. you should cut down on your starch and start substituting your white foods with brown foods. Like don't eat white bread eat brown bread, use brown sugar instead of white and EXERCISE

127 lbs. is not over weight.I don't think anyone should diet really. if you want to tone though I suggest that you Exercise an hour a day and eat a balanced healthy meal and don't drink any soda not even diet. Also brown sugar is just white sugar with molasses in it.
