there isn't any age limit really but i recommend teenage years
Well i am 11 and I wear a bit of lipgloss and blush :)
NO! I didn't start wearing makeup until the 6th grade.
Usually wearing makeup, or the way she dresses will be afflicted by peer pressure
This is a matter of personal opinion and morals. Some people are okay with girls starting to wear make-up very young, seven years old. Others think make-up should wait until they become a teenager. No matter when a girl starts to wear make-up, they have to be told that they are beautiful without it. Make-up used incorrectly and without any sort of limit or respect begins to have a negative impact on self-esteem. If you or your daughter/cousin/female relative is starting to want to wear make-up, make sure they are old enough to realize that they really don't need it.
I think about 12
As a 12 years old girl, makeup should be age appropriate, especially as this is a religious event. Light, natural makeup should be more than enough.
Im a girl. And yes, it would be okay to share your feelings with her, but do it in a nice way. You could say " you would look prettier without any makeup" . This may encourage her to stop wearing it. Hope I helped! ;)

There is no makeup.
Traditionally, in the United States a girl should avoid wearing the colour white between the holidays of Labor Day in September and Memorial Day in May. Additionally, a girl should avoid wearing white while enjoying any activity that encourages stains.

I think it should be when you have a 'chest' and you need one. I need to start wearing one and I'm 10.
