A male puppy can be neutered (castrated) anytime before 6 or 7 months of age, but you can do it at anytime during a dog's life.
The earlier it's done the better though, as neutering can help prevent a male dog from "marking", as well as stopping other undesirable habits (including aggression issues) from developing.
anywhere around 7-9 months of age for a puppy
Puppies can be neutered when four months old. The younger they are, the less they bleed, and the faster they heal.
This can be done anywhere from 6 months of age and up. Some vets will even do it sooner if the dog has matured enough. It just depends on your vet.
If you want the puppy to survive you will need to bottle feed him/her.
There is by Frontline a Puppy formula I think, check it out on there website as I had a 8wk old puppy and this stuff is the only stuff which does it good. But be sure to read the information first and correct dose.
