normally you would do a normal maint. at 60k miles which would involve changing the bet water pump pullyst things like that, and then another of the same at 120K.
I have 255,000 on a 1987 Nissan 300zx and still running strong. As long as you maintain the car and change the oil evry 3000 mi it should last a long time.
