It depends on what your idea of a tune up is. Most newer cars will make 100,000 miles before needing plugs, wires...etc. You should change the fuel filter and air filter every year. The serpentine drive belt can be replaced as needed. Just check it for wear and cracks. Don't forget the PCV valve. They don't take a lot of maintenance. Replace when doing the plugs. One thing most people overlook is the transmission and rear end. If an automatic I'd recommend changing it every 25,000 miles. No more than 50,000. It's a good idea to do the rear end and/or manual transmission at 50k. These may or may not coincide with the maintenance guidelines, but I have found they work well for me. Use a can of throttle body cleaner and spray around any vacuum line connections, intake manifold gaskets etc to determine if you have any leaks there too. Any change in idle speed is an indication of a vacuum leak. It's probably a little more detailed than you were looking for, but hope that helps.
should be 5x100
The correct size should be 215/70R15
The price depends on the condition of the car and if it is a private party or dealership owner. The price also depends on the mileage, what options you want and where you live.
The 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix is not something that is won as it's not a competition of any sorts. The 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix is a car sold by the Pontiac car company.
The timing chain has no set date or mileage for replacment. It will normally last the life of the engine.
Pontiac recommends the use of 5-30 weight oil. I use fully synthetic Mobil One high mileage (because I have more than 75K on car) or Valvoline. If you use synthetic, then you should always stay with synthetic as returning to conventional oil may cause issues with seals and gaskets.Dealer specs call for 5W30 but I use 5W40.
Pontiac Solstice was created in 2004.

Never. This is not an item you replace at a scheduled time or mileage. It should last the life of the engine.
