∙ 11y agoInsiders suggest that a stock split for WalMart (WMT) is planned for 2009, possibly March or April. Sources indicate that the split should occur before the stockholders' meeting in June.

i dont know much about the stock market, but looking at the trends of wal mart stock, i would say with in the next year, probably when the stock rises to about 70 dollars or so. i predicted this when it was sitting in the upper 40's and it has been reinforced by the riseing price, but im still a little apprehensive to put any more money into it while its sitting at 55+, but if it drops below that ill be happy to put a few grand into it.
