Jump start car and do not run heater with engine not running.
One possible cause is a defective alternator, Have the charging system checked.
I have the same codes on my 2005 Explorer, According to what I'm reading elsewhere, the battery needs to be replaced.
Go to the parts store and get usually a 9 volt adapter that plugs into the cigarette lighter and keeps voltage to the radio while battery is replaced.

It's really simple Just like any other car or truck. I replaced my original battery. you disconnect the terminals then the cover over the battery comes off.There should be a little nut around the bottom somewhere which holds the battery cover on take the bolt out then pull the cover off then there ya go pull the old battery out put new one in.
