one should first release the Transmission lever position for park to neutral and then release the Park brake lever. This is for any make and model with Automatic transmissions.
Take the back wheel off by fiddling with the derailleur after you have released the hub. Releasing the wheel and hub is done by unscrewing the axle or by releasing the quick release mechanism. That is more normal and you will find a kind of lever attached to the axle. Loosen the quick release lever by pushing or pulling it away from its fixed position, it then becomes floppy instead of tight. Then install the tyre and reposition the wheel.

Don't let the wheel slam up when releasing the lever as this loosens the mechanism. The knuckle the wheel pivots on is worn out.
On older Suburbans, 80's &90's, there is a lever that is positioned horizontally behind the lower cushion. (Middle of seat, down by the floor.) Pull up on this lever or bar while pulling up at the back of the seat; the seat should pivot on the front pivot connect points, releasing the rear connect points. Once the rear connect points are separated from the floor, pull the whole seat back, pulling the front connect points free. The seat back can be folded forward by releasing the lever in the back corner on the passenger side.

Well I'm assuming you mean the Champion 12 gauge single shot? If so by the cocking pin there is a lever that moves vertical left from right. Turn the lever right an the barrel breaks. (The lever basicaly right on top of the stock )
