Back of my neck and left shoulder and left hand feel numb and i feel really scared but usually at that times i m not thinking anything or doing much basically it can even happen watching TV WHY?

This can be the result of a nerve passing between the vertebrae having pressure exerted on it as a result of inflammation and or cartilage damage. or possibly the formation of osteophites. With this sort of problem it is aways wise to seek medical advice as it would be best to stop any further damage to nerves being cause if at all possible.
