Unfortunately, there is no way to know for sure if she is really being honest with you now. If she was the cause of the breakup, she should have apologized and asked you to forgive her. Not just come up and say lets be friends again. If she didn't apologize I would be very doubtful of her honesty. If she doesn't feel she has done anything wrong, she will most likely do it again. You can just tell her that you don't think you can be friends again and let it go at that. It doesn't matter if you are in the same class, club or sit next to each other. Sadly, friendship don't last forever. You will make new friends and in a few years you will be an adult, out in the world and the people you knew in school will for the most part be left behind.
